Shipping

Items ship within a 1 business day handling time. Items typically ship from our main warehouse located in Texas, however items may be shipped from another location in certain situations. Most items arrive within 3 business days, not including handling time. Tracking numbers are sent in an email update indicating the order has been completed and shipped. If you have not received an item that shows delivered, or if your shipment has been delayed due to weather conditions, please contact the shipping carrier. Jamco Auto Parts is not responsible for delivery interruptions with the shipping service. Jamco Auto Parts only ships to the contiguous United States. We cannot modify shipping destinations once the order has been submitted, so please be sure to include the correct information before submitting your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. An RGA request must be completed, and corresponding number written on the package to be returned. Packages without this authorization number visible on the exterior of the package will be refused at reception. All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all originally provided components, hardware, and any other resources sent with shipment. A copy of your original receipt must be included in package. If all listed requisites are met, a refund will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to complete once item is received. If buyer is at fault for receiving incorrect items, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Warranty

All Jamco Parts products carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted. This warranty covers a 1 time replacement of failed component. The following requisites must be met to validate warranty. 1. The dryer / accumulator must be replaced with the repair. 2. If applicable, the orifice tube should be replaced. 3. If applicable, the expansion valve should be cleaned OR replaced if necessary. 4. The evaporator, along with the rest of the system, should be flushed with the appropriate flush solvent. On many modern vehicles, replacement of the condenser is also recommended due to the small passages inside the condenser, especially in the event of suspected or verified compressor failure. Jamco Parts is not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, rental car or other direct or indirect expenses regarding a failure or transit time of ordered components. Warranty is void if repair is done incorrectly due to procedure, tools used, use of incorrect parts, modified parts, or general negligence. In some cases a replacement part may no longer be available, in which case a refund will instead be provided.

Security

All customer information is kept safe by creating an encrypted connection via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We also offer PayPal, which keeps your card information safe by not even sharing it. PayPal simply sends payment for your purchase once you authorize.

Privacy Policy

Jamco Auto Parts will only collect data that is pertinent to your transaction. We do not share any customer information with any outside sources. You may store your user information by creating an account with Jamco Auto Parts, which can be used in the future to log in, and save shipping / billing information.
